I have recently been trialling Glogster EDU in my art room. It is an interactive Digital Poster system- a graphic blog ….I’m really happy with the results, my yr 9 group have produced some rather professional looking posters, based on this terms work on Pop Art.
Along with organising the vast array of text, title, background options, they have scanned their own sketchbook pages, found web sources, added ‘you tube’ clips and music. As an added bonus, should you print off the poster, it automatically has a QR code at the bottom, so your audience can use a phone or iPad to scan the poster, see its digital form and watch the yo tube clips – Great!
This has definitely kept my yr 9 students busy, even those who have not opted to take GCSE Art.
